Like many of you, 2020 was quite a challenge me. A year filled with the onslaught of the corona virus pandemic, one filled with the ever-present issue of racial injustice, and one filled with general everyday stressors of life. Aside from these things, this year my family and I experienced a recent loss, as the matriarch of my family, my grandmother, fell ill and passed away a couple of months ago, after living a long-fulfilled life of 95 years.
As you all know, life is filled with both trials and tribulations. And when you’re someone who is driven and goal oriented, with things you’d like to accomplish, yet unfortunate situations are constantly occurring, it can become a bit daunting. You may even have a moment where you say to yourself, “I know I can go harder than this, but for some reason I’m not. Sip 1- Interview with Adolphus Hall III- I.T. Professional, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist
In the 1st Sip of The Mellow Hang Suite, we were honored to interview Adolphus Hall III. Adolphus works full time as an I.T. Support Specialist, and is also Certified as a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Weight Loss Specialist.
During our conversation, he provides the inspiration behind getting into fitness and offers tips for staying physically fit from home during the pandemic, in addition to meal prep ideas.
He is a proud #girldad who discusses his work from home routine as an I.T. Support Specialist, while simultaneously caring for his 1-year-old daughter.
Adolphus has also experienced various successes over the course of the year. While recognizing his blessings, he also recognizes the negatives of the world that can make life overwhelming, such as the corona virus and racial injustice. During our conversation, he shares with us his approach for staying motivated and psychologically sharp.
